You can link as many as you want so that you can receive automatic loyalty points when using any of the cards at any location.

Yep, all rewards can be redeemed online and in a Bluestone Lane location unless specified like merchandise rewards that would be available on shop.bluesotnelane.com 

Unfortunately they will not as these platforms take the orders, payment and run their own loyalty programs. Third-party purchases do not accrue loyalty credit.
