If you are having trouble seeing your rewards either on the homepage or in your loyalty page, please check for the following:
- Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of our loyalty app
- Ensure your location services are turned on in-app to view and enjoy your rewards
- Check to see that you are logged in with the email that the rewards are attributed to
- Ensure that the reward you are trying to redeem applies to your order - i.e a $1 off reward for a Flat White will not apply to a cold brew
